Field Day was another big success in 2007 thanks to our crack Field Day director Jim WX6V! MLDXCC was third nationwide & first in Pacific Division in 3A class for FD!

MLDXCC has won the California QSO Party club competition again!

MLDXCC is an active club. Of about 35 members, 13 were known to have been active in CQWW SSB, 16 in ARRL SS CW in addition to 27 mentioned above.

A new tower! Field Day 2007

The Mother Lode DX & Contest Club welcomes all interested DXers and contesting fans, both casual and rabid, from throughout the Mother Lode region of California, including Amador, Butte, Calaveras, El Dorado, Mariposa, Nevada, Placer, Sacramento, San Joaquin, Stanislaus, Tuolumne, and Yuba counties. While we are not the most serious of contesters, the MLDXCC has won the California QSO Party almost every year since 1996!
